With an impressive restaurant roster – and a lifetime in the food industry – under his belt, Tim McLaughlin leads CxRA as a very hands-on head chef. Tim oversees all aspects of CxRA including sales, marketing, service and design. Tim's passion for quality, consistency and creativity has inspired such innovations as the Central Catering Kitchen, a production hub where CxRA fine-tunes each and every dish. Tim lives in Montclair with his wife and daughters (whose friends always materialize in force on the nights he's cooking).
