Serena Crutchfield / / Vice President, Marketing & Communication
Serena Crutchfield's experience in the food & hospitality industry began at the age of 16 and continues to this day. Since May of 2005, she has worked for Restaurant Associates, beginning her career as Marketing Manager in accounts such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. This was followed by Regional Marketing Manager positions in Washington D.C. and Boston. Through these roles, she developed a core understanding of operations and marketing at the unit level as well as how to create and implement successful programs for both corporate and cultural dining accounts throughout the company.
In her role as Vice President, Marketing & Communication, Serena is part of the RA Corporate Creative Services team, and works closely with many departments including Culinary, Hospitality, and Operations. She develops programs and initiatives to increase sales and participation, as well as supports many other efforts such as internal communications, business development, social media, and technology.
Serena holds a Bachelors of Science in Communication from Southern Oregon University.
