Mishelle Outlaw / / Vice President, Catering Services
Mishelle Outlaw oversees staffing throughout the Eastern region to include New York, Washington, Philadelphia, Boston and Atlanta. She ensures efficiencies and the development of off-site catering departments to deliver professional food catering services that will be a material factor in producing cost effectiveness, positive financial results, customer satisfaction and a positive public image.
Her career started in Food and Beverage in October 1995 with the Walt Disney World Company. She has worked in some of Walt Disney World's top restaurants such as Cinderella Royal Table, The Hollywood Brown Derby and Artist Point. In addition to table service restaurants, Mishelle partnered with the Event Operations team to create, produce and execute spectacular events in the Magic Kingdom.
In her most recent role at Haute Catering by Ridgewells, a leading DC Catering company, she was the brainpower and initiator of Haute's café concepts. Mishelle lead the cafe 'start up team' and ensures everyone understands the vision and overall concept.
She's a Florida native and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) degree and minored in sociology. With her vast experience and personal passion for excellence she is a fundamental asset to the CxRA team.
