Aimee is a registered dietitian with a passion for food and nutrition. She leads wellness and sustainability efforts for R/A, striving to ensure we serve delicious food that is better for our bodies and better for the planet.
She joined Compass Group in 2016 with FLIK Lifestyles (now Unidine) and moved to R/A in 2018 as a Wellness Manager for a large financial institution. In April 2022, Aimee moved into the role of Director of Wellness & Sustainability for R/A. She is excited to set new standards for the company as leaders in the industry and help to grow and develop the wellness team.
She received her bachelor's degree in nutrition science from Cornell University and completed her dietetic internship with hospitality and foodservice company, Sodexo.
A fun fact about Aimee is that she grew up in Honolulu, HI and now appreciates the nice, warm weather. She enjoys exploring new cuisines and restaurants whenever she can. Her favorite food is tamago, a Japanese-style egg omelet.
